Each year CASES offers members a programme of opportunities for recognition, accreditation and events. 

Many of these opportunities are exclusive to  CASES members.

Accreditation/Re-Accreditation and High Performance Sport Accreditation (HPSA) deadlines

Purpose: Recognises practitioners who have demonstrated the knowledge, skills and understanding required to practise safely, effectively and independently as sport and exercise scientists. It also includes the HPSA, which provides recognition of excellence within the UK high performance sport environment and ensures quality assurance at the highest level.

Eligibility: Professional members working in applied practice, research or pedagogy.

Conference abstract submission deadline

Purpose: To invite high‑quality abstracts across core sport and exercise science disciplines for presentation at the CASES Conference.

Professor Tom Reilly Doctoral Dissertation of the Year Award application deadline

Purpose: Recognises an outstanding doctoral dissertation in sport and/or exercise sciences.
Eligibility:
CASES members within one year of completing a PhD.

CASES Undergraduate Endorsement Scheme (CUES) and Postgraduate Endorsement Scheme (CPGES) deadline

Purpose: Endorses undergraduate or Postgraduate sport and exercise science programmes that equip students with the essential knowledge and skills needed to enter the profession.
Eligibility:
UK Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes.

Sport and Exercise Psychology Accreditation Route (SEPAR) deadline

Purpose: Provides an independent learning pathway leading to registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
Eligibility:
 CASES graduate or professional members seeking to become registered Sport and Exercise Psychologists.

Climate Action and Sustainability in Sports and Exercise Science Award deadline

Purpose: Recognise outstanding commitment and contribution to climate action and sustainability within sport and exercise science.
Eligibility:
All CASES professional, graduate and student members; accredited universities (undergraduate and postgraduate); and registered laboratories.

Supervised Experience application deadline

Purpose: Supports aspiring sport and exercise scientists in gaining the experience required for CASES Accreditation.
Eligibility:
CASES members, with an undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science* or equivalent in a related and appropriate subject and be registered for, or have a completed postgraduate degree in sport and/or exercise science or equivalent in a related and appropriate subject.

CASES and Clinical Exercise Physiology UK Continuing Professional Development Grant application deadline

Purpose: Supports continuing professional development toward AHCS registration as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist or maintenance of existing registration.
Eligibility:
One grant for CASES professional or graduate members each year and three CEP-UK Annual Conference tickets.

: Provides up to £650 in funding.
